So your tariff is not supported ...
Unfortunately Octopus Energy sometimes doesn't share all the required information for Octopus Watch to work correctly. Right now, this is the case for all Intelligent Octopus variants (including Intelligent Go, Intelligent Flux) and Snug Octopus. The problem with these tariffs is that Octopus Energy determines when charging happens outside of the default hours – and doesn't share when these cheaper slots happened in the past. This means that Octopus Watch cannot calculate the correct statistics for these tariffs. Because Octopus Watch doesn't know when lower rates were applied the app cannot correctly calculate your daily cost or your daily average rate.... but you can still use Octopus Watch
Even though Octopus Watch cannot calculate the correct statistics for Intelligent Octopus or Snug Octopus, you can still use the app to see your historic usage and when that historic usage occurred during the day. Of course, all other features remain functional.Until Octopus Energy makes this information available through their API there is nothing that Octopus Watch can do. If you want this support you can always reach out to Octopus Energy through smart@octopus.energy and tell them this is a feature you care about. The more people ask for it the more likely (?) it is that Octopus Energy will make it available.
